Tips For Great Skin

1, Water

Drinking water helps clean out your pores. I personally find it easier to drink water when I am at work all of the companies I have worked in have a water fountain of some sort, so it is really easy to keep hydrated through the day. It is also an easy way to be social with other people in your office who do not work in your department.

2, Remove your make-up

I know this is easy said than done – especially after a long day or night out and your bed looks so inviting. I personally use the Garner Skin Naturals range which can be either the Micellar Cleansing Water or 2-in-1 Eye Make-Up Remover. I love how soft these product feel on my skin and it does not have a strong scent either, and I also use them to clean my make up brushes on my Brushegg.

3, Use a Toner

I use a toner because I suffer from acne and I find it gets rid of dirt and excess oils from my face while cleansing it at the same time. I use the Elemis Rehydrating Ginseng Toner – it find Refreshes & Rehydrates. I use it in the same way I use the Garnier Skin Care Range I mentioned above – I wet a cotton wool pad with the toner and wipe gently over my face.

4, Mask it

Weekly I use a face mask to give my an overall intensive moment to recuperate. I have tried many different types in the past and I change which one I use depending on how my face is cooperating with everything I put it through and the weather. So my seasonal choices of face masks are:

Spring = Montagne Jeunesse Cucumber

Summer = Natural Spa Factory Tea Tree And Willow Leaf Peel-Off Face Mask

Autumn = Glamglow Tingling & Exfoliating Mud Mask

Winter = Antonia Burrell Holistic Skincare Mask Supreme 7-in-1
